Sun Coast Impact Windows is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we send your request to. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.

Where the fee comes from

When you submit the form or call, we connect you with an independent, Florida-licensed installer who handles impact windows and related work in Sarasota and Manatee County. If that connection leads to work, the installer pays us a referral fee out of their own marketing budget. You are the homeowner, not the customer we bill. You never pay Sun Coast Impact Windows anything, and the referral fee is not added to your quote.

Why we are transparent about it

Plenty of lead-generation sites blur this arrangement behind vague phrases that imply a screening relationship they do not actually have. We avoid that language, because we are a referral service. We do not perform window, door, or wind mitigation work, we do not hold a Florida contractor license, and the installer you hire, not us, is responsible for licensing, permitting, workmanship, and warranties.

What that means for you

Get quotes, check each installer's license through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and hire whoever you judge best.
